With this in mind, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or refunds unless an item is found to be defective.

In the rare event that you encounter a faulty product, please reach out to us at contact@brutalbandicoot.com, providing a photo and detailed description of the fault.
Rest assured, we will promptly organize a replacement or refund for the defective item. Please note that product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period.
How are my items shipped?
​
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P.
The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, with the only exception to this being fragile items which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent breakage.
